My orders

When I buy a product from an athlete's online shop or on tightR in general, who is the seller?

When you order one or more products on tightR, your purchase is confirmed with one or more referenced sellers, specialists in online sales in the field of sports products, fashion, etc… Even if your products are all in the same basket and will only be paid for with one payment, you may receive your order from several vendors in several shipments. Before paying for your order, you are invited to read and expressly accept the general conditions of the seller(s), particularly with regard to their delivery and returns management policy.

How do I know if the product I want to order is in stock?

All products for sale on tightR are in stock.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order has been cancelled, either because there was a banking transaction problem when you made the payment and in this case you were not debited the amount of the order, or, in very rare cases, the seller has exhausted the stock of the product you wished to buy and the cancellation of your order at the initiative of the seller will involve a refund on your account as soon as possible.

Why was my order refunded?

In some infrequent cases, your order may be refunded within hours of purchase. This rare case can occur when the seller has exhausted its stock in the hours or minutes following the daily stocktake on tightR. In this case, your account will have been debited but the amount of the sale will be credited back to your account as soon as possible, taking into account the banking delays.

How can I change or cancel my order?

To do so, go to your account, in "Open Orders" contact the seller of the specific order directly by clicking on the "Contact seller" button. Explain to the seller what you want and they will answer you directly by email. If when you contact them, the order has already been shipped, then you will have to wait to receive it to make an exchange or a refund, which can be done in your account as well.

Has my order been taken into account?

Your order has been taken into account if you have received a confirmation email right after your payment. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided when creating your account.

How do I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address, either on the delivery page, once you have validated your basket by clicking the "modify" link next to the address or by going into your account on "My Information / My Addresses".

Why did my order arrive in several shipments?

When you order one or several products on tightR, your purchase is confirmed with one or several referenced sellers. Even if your products are all in the same basket and will only be paid for with one payment, you can still receive your order from several vendors.

How to follow the progress of my order?

By going to your account, in "Open Orders", click on "Order Details". In green, next to "Status", you will see where your order is. Depending on the vendors and/or the shipping method you chose when you made your purchase, you can also track your package.

My product is defective, what should I do?

In your account in the order details under "Open Orders" click on the link "Return or Replace Items" next to the item that is defective, fill out the form and specify if you wish to exchange the product or get a refund and add a comment if you wish. The seller will answer you directly by email and inform you of the procedures to be taken.

Can I have my item delivered abroad?

The shipping areas of the products depend on the vendors. Refer to the information in the seller's delivery conditions in the product sheet of the specific item and, in the seller’s general sales conditions on the delivery page.

I haven't received my package yet, is that normal?

To check where your order is, go to "Open Orders" and click on "Order Details". On this page, in green next to "Status", you will see if your order is being prepared or if it has been shipped. Depending on the vendors, if your order has been shipped, you can also track your package by clicking on the link provided just below the status.

Returns and refunds

I have received my order but I want to return it

In accordance with Article L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for its re-marketing and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs, unless otherwise stipulated by the seller. After reception and acceptance of your parcel by the seller, we will proceed with your refund directly on the account which was debited for the purchase.
Some sellers offer a longer return period. Please note, your right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on certain types of products and may not apply in the case of non-European sellers. In any case, read the seller's return policy by consulting its general terms and conditions of sale in the summary of your order before payment.

How to return an item?

Go to your account, in "Open Orders", click on "Order Details" and then click on "Return or Replace Items", which will allow you to contact the seller from whom you bought this product. He will then give you the return address and the procedures to follow. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for re-marketing.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return any item that does not suit you.

When will I be reimbursed?

You will be refunded within 72 hours of the seller's decision to refund you. The refund will be made to the card used at checkout on tightR.

How much will it cost me to return my item?

This depends on the return policy of the seller concerned. To find out, refer to its general conditions of sale on the delivery page. You can also ask the sellers by contacting them directly from your account, in "Open Orders", "Order Details".

The size I have chosen does not correspond, is it possible to exchange it?

My payments

Is the payment secure?

Yes, payments on tightR are completely secure. First of all, transaction are handled by PayPal or MangoPay Crédit Mutuel, a referenced banking organization. Then, for any payment over 50 euros, you will be asked to verify your identity via the 3D Secure system. To confirm your payment, the bank will send you an SMS on your mobile with a security code that you will have to enter before the purchase is finalized.

I want an invoice for my purchase, how do I get one?

To request an invoice from the seller, you must first log in to your account. Go to "My Orders / All my Orders", click on "Order Details" and then click on "Contact seller". Leave a message in the designated area requesting an invoice and you will receive it by mail.

Is VAT included in the displayed price?

Yes, all prices on tightR are VAT included.

My account

How do I create an account?

Very easy. Click on the picto character in the top right corner and then click on “I create my account” Fill in the necessary information like your Name, First name, Email and Password. Once your account has been created, you will receive a confirmation email. If you're in a hurry, you can also create your account quickly with Facebook, Google or a Twitter account.

What is the point of creating an account?

This has multiple advantages. You need an account to make a purchase and to earn MEET UP points. This also gives you access to a personal account with your order summary, profile, delivery address, referred friends, MEET UP points. Finally, if you have enough points to register for a MEET UP event and meet a renowned athlete in person or on social networks, you will need to log in to your account to be able to register and participate. You will also need an account if you wish to exchange your points for products signed by an athlete.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click on the picto character in the top right corner and then click on “I login”. Then click on "Forgot Password". You will receive an email with a link. We recommend that you change your password frequently which can be done in your account on the "My Personal Information" page and then by clicking the box "Change my Password".

My MEET UP points

What are MEET UP Points?

MEET UP Points are rewarded to users who share pages, refer friends, subscribe to the newsletter and place an order on tightR.

How to earn MEET UP Points?

There are several ways to earn MEET UP Points on tightR:

- Share a page on your social networks and earn 10 MEET UP Points
- Refer a friend and earn 50 MEET UP Points as soon as he/she makes their first purchase
- For each of your orders, receive 1 MEET UP Point per euro spent. The points of your order will be validated 30 days after the date of your order, once the legal withdrawal period has expired
- Earn 50 MEET UP bonus points when you place your first order, in addition to points related to the amount of your purchase
- Subscribe to the tightR newsletter and earn 10 MEET UP Points.

What can my MEET UP Points be used for?

They can be used in several ways:

- you will be able to exchange them for products signed by an athlete
- you will be able to register for a MEET UP event and meet one of your favorite athletes in real life or in private on social networks
- and many other surprises and promotions throughout the year.
